Who are Corkr? Corkr are a fine wine merchant that specialises in wine for Investment and drinking. We buy and sell wine from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone and Vintage Port. We source the wines from Chateau to Auction House, from Wine Trade to Wine Cellar. Corkr was set up by the great great grandson of John Fells who founded John E Fells & Sons, wine and port importer, in 1863. We supply wines retail and wholesale and are the UK Distributor for the Worlds largest Estate producer of Ice Wine, the Pillitteri Estate Winery in Ontario, Canada. We have an Investment Department which provides advice on Fine Wines; what to buy, how long to keep and when to sell. We do Cellar Plans for those who want to purchase Fine Wine for Investment, to lay down for future Drinking or for specific reasons; Christening Gifts, to pay for School Fees, to lay down for 21st Birthday or to provide capital for Retirement. We provide a valuation service for individuals wanting to sell or for insurance purposes and offer a sourcing service to locate wines that are rare or hard to find.
