Terms and Conditions


We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.

All wines are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Corkr until full payment is received.

Any dispute or claims that arise from using this website must be made and settled under English Law.

We reserve the right to change prices and availability information without notice. All prices include 17.5% VAT except stock in Bond where Duty and VAT will be added.

Delivery
Deliveries for cases will be undertaken by our courier and bottles will be posted by Royal Mail special delivery. All deliveries will require a signature by the customer. Deliveries can be made to either a home or work address. Deliveries wanted on a specific date may accrue an additional charge dependant on time of day and if at the weekend. We aim to deliver within 7 days of placement of order. Delivery costs vary dependant on customer’s location. All delivery prices are quoted for the United Kingdom only, if outside please call for delivery charges.

Damages
We will replace all damaged goods delivered either with the same wine or an alternative if out of stock only if the goods have been signed for by the customer. We must have notification within 3 days from delivery.

Condition of wine
If the wine is found to be corked we will happily refund your money for the wine, but not delivery charges, in full or replace it with same or an alternative if out of stock. There will be a surcharge of £10 for collection. We must have notification within 3 days from delivery.

Cancellation
If an order is cancelled before being dispatched, monies will be refunded in full. If an order is cancelled after being dispatched, monies will be refunded less 20% and less delivery charges on return of goods. There will be a surcharge of £10 for collection.

Payment Default
If payment is overdue or goods have not been collected within 30 days, we will notify the customer in writing of our intention to deal, sell or dispose of the goods and if within 5 days from the date of writing we have received no correspondence, we shall have liberty to do so.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
